Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Australian warehouse. We are a small, intentional brand — every order is handled with care before it leaves our hands.
Dispatch timeframe:
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- During sale periods or new collection launches, dispatch may take up to 5–7 business days — we appreciate your patience during these times
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Domestic Shipping — Australia
We offer Standard and Express shipping options across Australia, calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Free standard shipping on all orders over $150.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location. Remote and regional areas of Australia may require additional delivery time.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to all states and territories across Australia including New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory and the Australian Capital Territory.
Delivery to remote and regional postcodes may take longer than standard timeframes. If you are unsure whether your area is affected, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first — then reach out to us and we'll look into it straight away.
Signature on Delivery
For your security, orders over $200 may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery your parcel will be taken to your nearest post office or collection point for pickup. A notification will be left at your address or sent via email or SMS.
Authority to Leave
If you would like your parcel left at your door without a signature, please include an Authority to Leave note at checkout. Please note that Periwinkle Atelier cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen once an Authority to Leave has been granted.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Periwinkle Atelier cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order contact us immediately at info@periwinkleatelier.com — if your order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to update it.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please:
- Check your tracking link for updates
- Check with neighbours or your building's mailroom
- Contact your local post office or collection point
- If still unresolved contact us at hello@periwinkleatelier.com and we will lodge an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf
Please allow 2 business days for carrier investigations to be completed before a resolution is offered.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged please photograph the parcel and its contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@periwinkleatelier.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you are taken care of.
