Exchanges

We understand that finding the right fit can sometimes take more than one try — and we never want sizing to stand between you and a piece you love.

We offer free size exchanges on all items. If your item doesn't fit as expected, we will cover the cost of return postage and send your new size to you at no additional charge.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Exchange must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered
  • All original tags must be attached and intact
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
  • Exchanges are available for size changes only — one exchange per order

How to request an exchange:
Email us at info@periwinkleatelier.com with the subject line "Exchange Request — [Your Order Number]". Include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the size you'd like instead.

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with your prepaid return label and next steps.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our exchange conditions, your new size will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.

Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. We encourage every customer to review our Size Guide carefully before placing an order — and to reach out to our team with any questions before purchasing. We are always happy to help you find your best fit before you buy.

The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
  • Intimates and items for hygiene reasons
